The Department of Migrant Workers (formerly known as the Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA), is the executive department of the Philippine government responsible for the protection of the rights and promotion of the welfare of Overseas Filipino Workers and their families. The Philippine Overseas Labor Office (POLO), part of the Department of Migrant Workers, has accredited Conexus, which is a legal prerequisite for foreign employers and Philippine recruitment agencies to engage in the recruitment and deployment of Filipino workers. It ensures that our recruitment process is compliant with Philippine laws and regulations. The accreditation process helps safeguard the rights and welfare of Filipino workers by ensuring that employers and agencies adhere to ethical recruitment practices and provide fair employment terms and conditions.
