Helen Pearson joined Conexus MedStaff in 2015 with a focus on management and analysis from the consultancy arm of IBM which was previously owned by PWC. Helen’s professional background prior to joining Conexus with working across global staffing outsourcing contracts and general experience of working within large businesses has been a real benefit to the growth journey at Conexus. Helen has been a key and active member of our Senior Leadership Team, and her oversight includes Financial, Planning, Analysis & Accounting, Procurement, Risk & Governance. In 2024, Helen was named Finance Director of the Year in the £20-50m company category by Accountable Recruitment, alongside partners HSBC, Brabners, and KPMG.

Helen’s education includes attendance at BPP, where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Aberystwyth University. In addition, she earned a certification in Financial Strategies for Value Creation from the London Business School in May 2021.
