I worked as a Senior International Recruitment Consultant for 2 years organizing international nurse recruitment for nurses seeking opportunities in the UK. This included assisting them from interview to deployment and post arrival pastoral care.  Prior to this I was in Apprentice Engineer Recruitment for 14 years, recruiting for global companies such as Essar Oil, Kimberley Clark and AstraZeneca.

The vision that Conexus has, and the Conexus values were the main selling point for me to join the company. To join the company. I wanted to be a part of an organization that cares about the healthcare professional journey from interview, through immigration, deployment and to end of contract.
