About Our Team

At Conexus MedStaff® we believe in the power of lifelong learning and improving global communities. Our experienced team is committed to ethical, best practices and improving the working lives of our healthcare professionals and diversifying staffing models for our clients.

Many of our experienced team members have worked in U.S. hospitals and labs, or have been through the immigration process themselves. All of our team members work to change lives by increasing opportunity and success for healthcare professionals who want to work in the U.S. through skills training, cultural immersion and employer-based immigration sponsorship.

We change lives and solve recruitment and retention challenges of our clients. And going the extra mile for our nurses and medical technologists is part of our pledge at Conexus MedStaff®. Team Spotlight:
English Proficiency

We support the success of our healthcare professionals in many ways, and that includes building their confidence and proficiency of the English language.

Our in-house English experts provide Conexus clinicians with ongoing support and guidance, teaching them English proficiency as they prepare for a U.S. career. One of the goals of this team is to help our clinicians feel confident in their English skills and communications, to help them grow and thrive in their careers and their life outside of work, once they arrive in the U.S. Having English proficiency is a skill our clinicians take with them and value, even after their employment with Conexus.

Our English proficiency pass rate for our Conexus clinicians is 93%, which is over 20% higher IELTs first time pass rate than other agencies.
