EB-3 for nurses and medical technologists

We’re pleased to share that there has been positive movement for Filipino and other nationality Green Card applicants. Priority Dates have advanced by almost two years for these categories, and by 10 days for Indian nationals.

This means that international nurses and medical technologists who have a Priority Date of November 15, 2022 are now eligible to have their USA Green Card issued.
